Return policy
Our Commitment
We want you to love your Rematea experience. If something is not right, we will make it right. This is not a money grab, we genuinely want you to enjoy the product, and we stand behind everything we sell.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@remateas.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Contact us at Hello@Remateas.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect. If you tried the tea and it was not for you, reach out to us. We will do our best to find a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, items purchased on sale or at a discount, and items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@remateas.com.
